Admiral Casaba

Ricardo Luigi Pierre M'Bengu Chang Nehru O'Hara Casaba III is the paranoid Admiral hired by Ozzie Mandrill to patrol Knuttin Atoll, off the coast of Jambalaya Island. Previously Casaba was responsible for forcing the pirates to Knuttin where Ozzie began the slow process of re-educating them.
Casaba is extremely paranoid believing that pirates fall into two categories:
- Those performing acts of wanton savagery.
- Those who are planning to commit acts of wanton savagery.
He believes firmly that if the latter group is allowed to remain for any length of time he risks the chance of them becoming mobs of the former. This is why Casaba will fire upon group of pirates numbering three or more to avoid them from having mass meetings.
His excessively long name spans from the Casaba family's various in-laws from around the world. His single crew-member appears to be Gunner Simkins who is constantly urged to roll out "The Really Big Cannon" at the first sign of treason or public gathering.
He is voiced by Daryl Kurylo
