Carrie is a deceased resident of Scabb Island.
All that's known of Carrie is what is described on her epitaph. She was desperate to get married and decide to go flirt around town - according to her epitaph: "she didn't get wed, she got buried."
She is buried in the Scabb Island Cemetery.
