Cobb

Cobb (a.k.a. The Loom Guy) is another pirate sitting in the Scumm Bar. He doesn't say anything about LeChuck, but he has a button that says "Ask me about Loom". If you follow the request he will tell you about Loom, which is another adventure game by LucasArts. He is modelled after a character by the same name from Loom.
Manny Calavera makes a similar cameo in The Curse of Monkey Island.
