Cruff holding Guybrush at gunpoint
is the assistant and possible right-hand man of the Smuggler King
Andre. He is a typical henchman, primarily brawn with little brain. He participates in a game of poker with Andre and
Guybrush who is trying to win the Goodsoup Family Diamond. When they both lose to Guybrush Cruff pulls a musket on Guybrush, but before he can fire
LaFoot opens a door allowing the wind to blow out the candles. A fight ensues during which Guybrush is able to escape, leaving Cruff and Andre fighting each other.
