Jean Louise is a deceased pirate.
When he was alive, Jean did whatever he wanted and wouldn't be commanded by anyone. Unfortunately, Jean Lousie made the fatal mistake of kissing the gunner's daughter.
He is buried in the Scabb Island Cemetery.
