Jumbeaux LaFeet is a pirate and son of the late pirate Tiny LaFeet.

When Guybrush visits Knuttin Atoll he encounters Jumbeaux and his friend Miss Daisy. Jumbeaux isn't able to engage in any of his former pirate activities due to Admiral Casaba who patrols the waters around Jambalaya Island and Knuttin Atoll.

Jumbeaux is very bitter about the monument to his father, Tiny LaFeet, on Jambalaya Island. According to the monument, Tiny was a kind and considerate pirate who stole from the bad and gave to the nice. According to Jumbeaux, however, his father was a truly vicious and aggressive pirate whom Jumbeaux was very proud of. In retaliation, Tiny tore the bronze hat off the monument and buried it on the beach on Knuttin Atoll. He had since forgotten where on the beach he buried.

He has a pair of enchanted twin parrots, Huggyn and Kyssin, one whom always tells the truth and one of whom always lies.

Meaning of the name Jumbeaux

The name, as it looks French means nothing the way is written, but it's a homonym of Jambon (French for ham). This makes sense as Jumbeaux is referred to as a metabolically-challenged pirate.
