LeChuck's Fortress

LeChuck's Fortress from Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge is located on an unknown island somewhere (supposedly) far away from the rest of the game's locations. This is where Largo LaGrande and the Voodoo Priest resurrect LeChuck in his zombie form and where they take Wally when Guybrush takes the Big Whoop Map Pieces to him. The fortress is built as a strange labyrinth with skeletal pictures on the walls that function like doors.

After Guybrush gets captured LeChuck hangs him and Wally over a pool of acid with an elaborate death-device that will kill them. Guybrush manages to escape and lights a match in LeChuck's dynamite storage in order to see. Unfortunately he also drops the match and destroys the fortress but through sheer luck manages to fling himself to Dinky Island. Wally's fate is revealed in Curse of Monkey Island, where he shows up as a member of LeChuck's crew. However, the fate of the Voodoo Priest and Largo LaGrande has yet to be revealed, it's most likely they were both killed in the explosion.
