Mêlée Island Jail

Mêlée Island Jail is a rat infested prison located between the Governor's Mansion and Mêlée Island church. Otis is imprisoned here and says he was framed by Fester Shinetop. Guybrush must release Otis from the prison cell in order to have him as part of his crew.
