Monty Meringue

Monty Meringue is a carnival mime, who worked at The Carnival of the Damned a.k.a The Big Whoop Amusement Park. His first, and so far only, appearance was in The Curse of Monkey Island.

At the Big Whoop Amusement Park, Monty's sole purpose was to have guests fire pies from a cannon at his face. If a pie hit him directly in the face, the guest would win a prize. After LeChuck's death, and the closure of the park, Monty would've left alongside the other park workers.
