Phatt City

Phatt City is the main town of Phatt Island. It has a jail, a library and a shady gambling racket at one of its backstreets. A lone fisherman sits at the end of the pier.

The city is located in a long narrow harbor, and has a pier built along its length. Behind the pier the promenade directly faces the ocean, giving the city a Mediterranean feel.
