Phatt City Alley

Phatt City Alley is a location on Phatt Island. There are two alleys; one on the left side of Phatt City Library and one on the right.
The left alley contains the Wheel game. Guybrush needs to bet on the game in order to win a ticket to Elaine's costume party. Guybrush can also win money, which helps with any purchases you may need to make. There are other prizes which Guybrush can choose but they have no effect on the game. They are a vacation on Hook Isle or tickets to the latest show of The Fettucini Brothers' circus. After all the prizes have been won the dealer mysteriously disappears through a concealed exit in the floor.
The alley to the right of the library contains a door which Guybrush must knock. The occupant will present Guybrush with a puzzle which he must solve in order to find out the next winning number on the Wheel game. The puzzle is a simple riddle that can be solved by following a fellow cheater in to the alley and then watching his answer.
