Quiet Patron

The Quiet Patron is a skeleton in Blondebeard's Chicken Shoppe wearing a button which reads Ask me about Grim Fandango. The skeleton (with a knife sticking out of his back) looks like the character Manny in Grim Fandango, and the shameless plug is a play on Cobb from the Scumm Bar in The Secret of Monkey Island.
Blondebeard tells Guybrush he stabbed the patron because he complained about the chicken.
