S. Scott Bullock is a voice actor best known for providing voices in the Jimmy Neutron series and other animated children's series and films.
He provided the voices of Lemon Head the cannibal in The Curse of Monkey Island and Otis in Escape from Monkey Island. He reprised the role of Otis in The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition, whereas Lemonhead was voiced by David W. Collins.[1]
