Scabb Island

Scabb Island is the first island featured in the game Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge. Like Mêlée Island in The Secret of Monkey Island, it is only ever seen at night. Scabb Island does not appear in any other Monkey Island game.

Description
Scabb is very much a pirate haven, with no Governor or municipal authorities. According to the history of the island later introduced in the Phatt Island library, Scabb was first settled as a quarantine island for skin diseases. It later became a haven for pirates because of it's distinctive lack of authority figures.[1]
The island is covered in pertpetual darkness, despite the fact that it is always sunny at the neighbouring Booty and Phatt Island
Geography
Scabb has one town, Woodtick, located on the central northern coast of the island. The interior of the island is dominated by a single mountain, from which a stream flows to the east. This runs into a swampy delta at the eastern coast, which conceals the International House of Mojo. In the south-eastern corner of the island is the cemetery, and in the south-western corner of the island is a peninsula where docks Captain Dread's Ship.
