Slappy's agent is Palido Domingo. Guybrush ends up sabotaging Slappy's juggling act in order to get on stage to uncover the buried Elaine. He also admits that Slappy Cromwell is just a stage name, his given name is Rex Fortune, Adventure Seeker.
He is voiced by Victor Raider-Wexler, who also voiced the Snowcone Guy.
