Snowcone Guy

The Snowcone Guy sells snow-cones at the Carnival of the damned. He sells a variety of different snow-cones most of which, as the character himself admits, are almost unedible. He has a small, gut and unwashed appearance, shooing flies away from himself. He is voiced by Victor Raider-Wexler, the voice of Slappy Cromwell
