Speare: A Theatrical Medley
From MIwiki
Speare: A Theatrical Medley is Slappy Cromwell's forty-five minute long rewrite of the finest works of Shakespeare. Its creation was compelled by the fact that no-one ever came to see his performances. The show features famous dialogue from Shakersperian plays as well as juggling:
- Romeo & Juliet - "Romeo, Romeo! Where art thou treasure Romeo?"
- Hamlet - The poor Yorick scene with Murray
- Julius Caesar - "P U Brute! Then FALL, Caesar!"
The show also features parts which are obviously not part of the show, mostly comprised of juggling. Slappy still claims that these scenes are famous from the plays, declaring for instance: "The cannonball juggling scene, from Romeo & Julier".
