The Citizen of Mêlée is a map seller found in Mêlée Town. Guybrush must buy a map from him for 100 pieces of eight in order to complete one of his three trials. Initially the map which Guybrush buys looks like dance steps but if you follow them in the forest they lead you to the Legendary Lost Treasure of Mêlée Island. The Citizen is a short man with a parrot on his shoulder at all times.
