The Goodsoup Plantation Resort Hotel and Casino (also known as the Goodsoup Hotel) is a hotel located on Blood Island. Its proprietor is the well-to-do but occasionally hung over Griswold Goodsoup who manages the bar. It use to be the Goodsoup family's proudest resort. People would come from around the globe to see their world famous dinner show, but ever since Mt. Acidophilus stopped erupting they could no longer use their lava barbeque and the guests stopped coming. Even the cannibals wouldn't come over. Their only customer is a fortune teller who gives everyone the creeps, Madame Xima. But thanks to Guybrush, the barbeque works and the reservations are just pouring in.

Slappy Cromwell did a juggling act. Rather a moody guy, always talked about suffering for his art. The guests hated him and actually cheered when he burst into flames during his firewalking act.

Griswold has also done some lounge acts with a piano and keno.
Voulez Vous Vichyssoise - a dramatic musical about a young Parisian soup chef who is cruelly taken down by the Paris culinary establishment for her revolutionary ideas about soup preparation.

The Guest That Never Left

Every night, they heard strange noises coming from a guest's room, frightful crashing sounds that shook the entire hotel. One night, the sounds just stopped, but they were replaced by a terrifying wailing and moaning. Griswold sealed the room up and vowed never to enter it again. Thanks to some snooping by Guybrush, it turns out it was Charles DeGoulash who was trapped in a Murphy bed and eventually killed by it since he couldn't get out. By taking down the boards from a gaping hole in the wall, Guybrush catapults his skeletal remains from his bed and reunites him with Minnie Goodsoup in her crypt.
