Pirate Leaders

Guybrush makes his intentions known to the pirate leaders.

The Pirate Leaders (also called the Important-looking pirates) are a trio of important supporting characters from The Secret of Monkey Island. They are seen in the Scumm Bar where they agree to accept Guybrush as a pirate if he succeeds in the three trials of piracy: swordplay, thievery and the quest (treasure hunting). They give valuable information and tell where the player has to go and what to do in order to complete the trials. Guybrush can also learn the ingredients of grog from them.

The fate of the three pirate leaders has never been disclosed. After LeChuck kidnaps Elaine the whole Scumm Bar clears out (everyone is too frightened to stick around).
