The Pirates of Danjer Cove

The Pirates of Danjer Cove occupy Danjer Cove, a bay at the northwest end of Plunder Island. They are a group of monkeys who loyally serve the demented first mate Mr. Fossey and do everything he tells them, including stealing Elaine Marley after she's been turned to gold and making Guybrush Threepwood walk the plank of their ship, The Sea Cucumber, or tar-and-feathering him when he cuts their plank. After Guybrush tricks Fossey into quitting piracy the monkeys are set free and decide to go watch Slappy Cromwell's production of Speare: A Theatrical Medley, which they seem to enjoy very much. They can be found in the theatre even after Slappy and his co-star have been removed from the stage.

When talking to Mr. Fossey (as LeChimp, using ventriloquism) Guybrush implies that the crew has a tendency to fling... questionable materials.
