Voodoo Priest

The Voodoo Priest is a minor, though pivotal, character from Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge. He is a loyal follower of LeChuck's and has been for some time, teaching the fearsome pirate in the arts of voodoo. He is depicted in a cut scene on LeChuck's Fortress, where LeChuck asks him to prepare the ingredients for a Voodoo doll of Guybrush Threepwood. The Voodoo Priest's only line is "With pleasure" (in response to this request).
He makes no other appearance in the game, even though the player later travels to LeChuck's Fortress. The voodoo priestess prepared the voodoo doll for LeChuck once all the necessary ingredients were collected. It is unknown if the priest was in the fortress during event in which it was blown up by Guybrush after his escape from LeChuck's torture chamber or if he was able to survive the explosion if he was indeed inside at the time.
The Voodoo Priest is shown wearing a purple robe and an enormous feathered skull mask over his head that completely hides his features. Although it is not stated, he was presumably involved in resurrecting LeChuck's zombie form using his ghostly beard.
Depiction
Having only one single appearance and line of dialogue, next to nothing is known about the Voodoo Priest except his loyalty to LeChuck. The fact that he helps LeChuck with voodoo weapons hints at him being the one who taught the fearsome pirate in the ways of voodoo and yearns to create much chaos in the Caribbean and beyond.
This also implies, along with his very appearance, a very dark and sadistic persona. He can therefore be easily classified as a villain, but how much effect he has had on the events occurring throughout the series is unknown.
